A book stemming from Shirley Jones taking time to stand back and "reality of where I'm at". She presents texts, poems and etchings on ths subjects of 'Seeing', ' Listening', 'Watching','Contemplating', 'Singing', 'Reviewing', 'Remembering', 'Appreciating' and 'Undertaking'. Jones's images are remarkable including a wonderful etching of etching tools alongside an ode to the skills of the famous Mr Lawrence of Bleeding Heart Yard who provided wood blocks and etching tools to art colleges and artists: "He likes exclusively to sell his wares to someone appreciative, who really cares".
