Catterson-Smith assisted in the preparation of some of the blocks, which were cut by W.H. Hooper and Clemence Houseman. Printed red and black in Endeavour and Prayer Book type by C.R. Ashbee Pp. 387. Folio, a handsome copy in the original bevelled oak boards from the Guild of Handicraft with more recent calf spine and clasps, with the original metalwork and endpapers in place. A very good, fresh copy.
From the library of the Karachi collector F.E. Dinshaw with his remarkable bookplate, given to the library of Kings College Cambridge in 1960 with the college booklabel and tiny library stamp, later deaccessioned.
