The Welsh Triads are a group of medieval manuscripts which preserve Welsh folklore and traditions in the form of wise sayings. Here Wifnifred Faraday aims to make the oldest of the triads accessible to the English speaker.
Only the second use of Gill’s San Serif (it was first used by the press for Initiation in 1932). Gill sanctioned Sandford’s experimentation with the type being interested to see how it worked at the press.
