Lion decorations specially drawn by Warren Chappell, then cast at the Village Letter Foundry from a matrix by Frederick Goudy. 12 other illustrations in the text. One of only ‘a few copies’ printed for private distribution. Handset in Poliphilus and Blado types and printed on Arak paper by George W. Van Vechten Jr. and Charles H. Richards. 16mo., original blue and green illustrated boards, in the chipped and toned glassine wrapper. A good copy housed in a later folding grey cloth portfolio.
