Designed by Bruce Rogers. Set in Monotype Caslon type and printed by William Edwin Rudge. 12mo., a largely unopened copy in original quarter black cloth over blue paper covered boards, printed title label to spine, housed in a worn slipcase split along the top edge. Ex-library copy with blind-stamp to title page and label to slipcase spine.
A gift from the publisher George Simpson Eddy to the New Jersey Historical Society, with the society’s book label and Eddy’s printed ‘with compliments’ slip inserted loose.
