Portrait frontispiece, 519 figures including hundreds of illustrations of type, pages of borders, specimens etc. Pp.xxviii, 478. Folio, original tan calf backed printed paper covered boards, inthe original card slipcase. A few scratches and small bump to spine but generally a very good copy.
A spectacular and comprehensive production including lists of type specimens included in the original text, a table of typefaces etc.
