Printed in Caslon Old Face on English hand-made paper, title in red and black. 8vo., original quarter undyed morocco, drab paper covered sides (the 260 copies for the American market had patterned paper sides), top edge gilt, others untrimmed. Some darkening and spitting to spine, a few marks to boards, booklabel on front pastedown with a little offset to front free endpaper.
