[20]. 8vo., [19 x 27.5 cms], original green French-fold paper wrappers, with an engraving by Stone to the cover. Wrappers very slightly creased, otherwise a very good copy.

The first publication by Warren Editions. The booklet was reprinted by photolithography in 2009.
